Colleen Gorman

Colleen Gorman is a Double Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with expertise spanning Across the lifespan. She is currently taking part in a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through Psychiatry Redefined. Colleen obtained her nursing degree from Northeastern University in Boston in 1997 and has dedicated much of her career to Emergency Medicine. In 2016, she furthered her education by earning an MSN and FNP certification from Texas State University.


Colleen’s clinical approach focuses on Precision Medicine, identifying and addressing the root causes of diseases and disorders rather than just managing symptoms. This innovative approach to healthcare tailors medical treatment and prevention strategies to an individual's unique characteristics, including their genetic profile, environment, and lifestyle. This approach aims to provide more targeted and effective care. Additionally, She  examines factors such as nutritional deficiencies, metabolic disturbances, gut dysbiosis, and infections, which allows her to integrate complementary treatment modalities alongside traditional models. With a passion for bridging the gap in mental health care, Colleen has expanded her career into psychiatric nursing to improve access to integrative treatment modalities that draw from both conventional and integrative perspectives, which she believes is a critical factor in achieving better patient outcomes. She is also deeply involved in the study of psychedelic treatments for conditions such as treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.


On a personal note, Colleen resides in Hingham, MA, with her husband of 20+ years, their three young adult children, and their beautiful English Cream Golden Retrievers, Mooney and Rae. She is an avid exercise enthusiast and is dedicated to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.


Meg Falcone

Meg Falcone (She/Her) is a psychotherapist and Licensed Independant Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Providence College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Additionally, Meg has obtained ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider Certification for the provision of ADHD Diagnostic Assessments.


Meg has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as helping clients with relationship difficulties, academic stressors, and life transitions. Meg employs a collaborative and solution-focused approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy, tailored to meet her clients' unique needs.


 In her practice, Meg emphasizes the importance of mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and cope with life's challenges effectively. Meg helps her clients develop healthy habits and build skills and knowledge that empower them to accomplish their goals. She is dedicated to assisting clients in gaining better insight into themselves, finding fulfillment, and living happier and healthier lives.

Maura Mc Mann 

LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Maura Mc Mann earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from St. Joseph's College in Maine. After taking a gap year to work in a residential treatment program, she returned to Boston to complete a Masters in Social Work at Boston University.


Throughout her clinical career, Maura has worked in diverse roles and settings, including Employee Assistance Programs, inpatient psychiatric settings, and a spinal cord unit which deepened her understanding of how medical conditions c impact mental health to explore the connection between trauma, abuse, and legal issues, Maura conducted psychological evaluations at Walpole Correctional Facility, where she observed how a lack of social support in the community contributes to recidivism.


While engaged in these various roles, Maura also maintained a part-time private practice in Scituate and Boston, specializing in addiction.

Now, semi-retired, Maura remains dedicated to psychotherapy, where she is passionate about helping clients discover and embrace their true selves.

Nicole Giardino

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker


Nicole completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees at Springfield College. Throughout her academic journey, she undertook numerous internship placements to explore and identify her interests and passions. Nicole has gained experience in a variety of settings, including group homes, outpatient children and family services, mobile crisis intervention, forensic and correctional mental health, outpatient psychotherapy, and inpatient psychiatric care.


Nicole utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed care. In her psychotherapy work, Nicole also integrates cognitive behavioral therapy. She is dedicated to meeting each individual and family where they are, and she finds great fulfillment in supporting people and families through Psychotherapy.

Melanie Miller

Melanie Miller holds a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Addiction. Her work is deeply rooted by her commitment to helping individuals achieve personal development and transformation. With extensive experience in diverse settings, Melanie utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, Through a trauma-informed lens. Melanie creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering meaningful, lasting change.

Skyla Blue Gorman

Skyla Blue Gorman is a certified health coach, trained by the Primal Health Coach Institute. She works closely with clients to guide them toward healthy lifestyle, fitness, and dietary choices. Skyla strengthens the coach-client bond through the art of listening, the science of asking questions, the craft of intuition, and the skill of collaboration. Her unique approach blends creativity with practical strategies, helping clients achieve wellness, fulfillment, and their personal goals.


Gracey Gorman

Gracey Gorman brings her organizational skills and passion for education to the role. Currently a student at Bridgewater State University, she is pursuing a degree in special education, reflecting her dedication to supporting diverse learning needs. In addition to her academic pursuits, Gracey is an avid athlete and volleyball player, showcasing her commitment to teamwork and perseverance both on and off the court. With a strong focus on fostering a positive environment, Gracey is excited to contribute to supporting clients administratively while also exploring content creation to engage and inspire others. Her expertise in social media management helps elevate the clinic's digital presence, making valuable resources accessible to the community.
